Privacy Policy

Haven Tours Inbound Travel Co., Ltd. is a tour operator based in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, arranging tours for visitors to Vietnam. We are responsible for the information described on this page.

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no tracking of your browsing.

When you send an enquiry

• Your name, and an email address or a phone number — at least one, so we can reply
• Your message and subject, if you write one
• How you prefer to be contacted (WhatsApp, Zalo, phone or email)
• Your travel date or that your dates are flexible, and the number of adults, children and infants
• Which tours the enquiry is about

When you request a booking

• The lead traveller's name, email address and phone number
• Your hotel or pickup address
• Any special requests you write, such as dietary needs or mobility requirements
• Your preferred contact method and the best time to reach you
• The departure date, the number of guests, and the price we quoted

If you create an account

• Your email address, which is how you sign in
• Your name, and — only if you choose to fill them in — phone number, country, nationality, dietary preference and preferred currency

We do not ask for or store passport numbers on this website. If a tour requires passport details, we will ask for them separately when we confirm your booking.

If you subscribe to our newsletter

Only your email address, and which page you subscribed from.

• We do not take payment on this website. There is no card form here, and we never store card details.
• We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking or profiling script.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not send marketing email to people who only enquired — the newsletter is a separate, deliberate signup.

Enquiries, bookings, accounts and newsletter signups are stored in a Supabase database (hosted on Amazon Web Services in Singapore). The website itself runs on Vercel. Notification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. These three providers process data on our behalf so that the site can function.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser holds three things, all of which you can clear at any time through your browser settings:

• Your wishlist — saved on your device only. It is never sent to us.
• Your currency choice — so prices stay in the currency you picked.
• Your sign-in session — only if you sign in, so you stay signed in between visits.

We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to arrange your trip, to answer questions afterwards, and to meet Vietnamese accounting and tax requirements. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Email info@quynhonhaventours.com and we will:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it
• Remove you from the newsletter — every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link

We aim to reply within a few working days. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with data protection laws, those rights apply to you and we will honour them.

This website is intended for adults booking travel. Where a booking includes children or infants, their details are given to us by the adult making the booking, and we use them only to arrange that trip.

If we change how the site handles your information — for example if we add online payment — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
